Very Good

Can check in early but depends on the room avaibility. We arrive at 9am and we can check in that early! We can freshen up before sight seeing there which make us happy and fresh.

Need to iron at the designated place which located at level 1 or ground floor. The location a bit far but its good because the area quite at night and no noice disturbance. Just book grab and you are good to go.

Quiet, clean and spacious.

Room was spacious and clean, staffs were friendly and helpful, air conditioning works well, place was quiet and peaceful.

Since the place is at a relatively quiet place, it's not easy to find foods. But since we have a car it's not really a problem for us.

Simple hotel stay

The hotel allows us to check in earlier which we appreciate a lot. Location is ok. Walking distance to many interesting cafe. Simple room. It's ok as most of the time will be outside enjoying the attractions. Grab Ride is easy. Quiet from the busy town.

Only local TV channels with local language. Shower heating a bit haywire. Need to fine tune to get the right heat. Not many facilities but it's ok coz we were out most of the time.

Best service ever

This hotel is value for money.The staff is very polite and courteous.They are very helpful.The front office met as soon as we got down frm our Grab car.They gv us umbrellas to shield us from the hot sun.They helped switch on the light in the ironing room.Its the small things like this is what made me love our stay here.Keep up the good work

i took room for 3 pax.

i took room for 3 pax. the room is big and comfy. toilet is clean. facilities also good. distance to markets and other places just took 10-15 minutes. overall highly recommended

Bigger room than expect, worth of money

The hotel locate in sub street, may not be convenience for those who do not drive cars. However the shuttle cars are available for travel to downtown market.

Best value in Hatyai

Its my third stay here. And off-course will be staying here next-time too. But to comments on what I like hmmm could be Cleanliness, location and room amenities.

All seems to be fine being a budget hotel. But during my stay, I notice some room facilities needs renovation or repairs. Example the entrance door indoor chain latch wasn’t functioning, the toilet potty spray washer holder...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and near nice restaurants and cafes

View from balcony was of a wall. Only food available was very unhealthy snacks.

The room was nice,pretty much clean, deco was also nice and it is the way i like a hotel room should be. Big fridge.

Not properly cleaned bathroom. The bathroom door and The door that separates shower cubicle and the toilet have stains. Not too much that it would bother u. So no worries. cuz overall it wasnt that bad. Just hope that the roomkeeper would do a proper job to keep the room clean for a long time to ensure future customer's satisfaction. 2nd issue is that they dont provide iron in the room or service to deliver the iron to guest's room.

Excellent and perfect to stay away from crowd

The bed and pillow is perfect for good sleep. just a good location to travel to the destination in town just within 15 min. Provide the peaceful place to rest after the tire travel days. Air-condition is cool to sleep well Clean and new. I like the café just next door

The toilet size is rather too small. The shower pressure is too week to enjoy.
